Hoisting & transportation

For this industry, we develop cast pieces in which safety during use plays an important role. These components are used in both the horizontal (transport systems) and vertical (hoisting and lifting) movement of goods or persons. Usually, a steel alloy is chosen that has both high tensile strength and elasticity.
The lost wax method is distinguished by a high freedom of design and precise dimensioning. This allows safety components with complex shapes to be developed without the need for mechanical post-processing.
During the development of these safety components, we always perform a casting and solidification simulation. This facilitates the development of a high-quality product that can be cast robustly.
