Industrial components

CIREX produces a wide array of industrial components for various end clients. These components are used in the agricultural industry, energy market, locks industry and mining. Many different steel alloys are used in these markets because the cast pieces must often function in corrosive environments or are subject to huge temperature differences. Often, these products must be extremely hard, strong and/or light.

In general, our customers are looking for components with a complex form. The lost wax method enables the construction of complex components with remarkable product forms without making concessions in terms of functionality or strength. All of this is on the basis of a ‘Near Net Shape’ design. These components are cast in a single go so that huge savings are achieved in materials and post-processing.
