Intention to collaborate further
The nomination is an extremely important step. In the first two phases, we look at whether your component can be produced using the lost wax method at a competitive price. Using the technical information and the target price issued, you now determine whether it makes sense to have CIREX produce your component. In this phase, we mainly provide advice and support. Total Cost of Ownership and Time To Market are important discussion topics. We provide you with clarity and certainty in both the short term and the long term.
Start of product development
Once the intention to collaborate further has been indicated, the aspects discussed in the orientation phase are elaborated further. Technical feasibility is now examined in detail and the price is determined more precisely. Further development of the components is now initiated in close consultation with the customer, so that the components are optimally suited to the application and can be produced robustly using the lost wax method.
